Gamerbashi ("Gamerbashi," "we," "us," "our") provides game server hosting and related services. We currently operate under the trade name Gamerbashi while our company registration is being finalized.

• Phone number (used for OTP verification and account security)
• Username and password (passwords are stored in encrypted/hashed form, never in plain text)

3. Payment Information

We do not yet have a payment gateway — one is being set up as part of our company registration. No payments are processed until it's in place. Once live, we will handle your payment information as follows:

• We will not collect or store your full card number, CVV2, or bank password.
• We will only receive a transaction reference and status from our payment gateway to confirm your payment.

4. Technical and Usage Information

To run and troubleshoot your hosting service, we collect the following technical information:

• IP address
• Browser and device type
• Server usage logs (resource usage, uptime, error logs)
• Support ticket and chat history

• Payment processor: to process your payment, once a gateway is in place
• Infrastructure/hosting providers: to run the servers our Service depends on
• Legal authorities: if required by applicable Iranian law, a court order, or to protect our rights, our users, or the public
• Business transfers: if Gamerbashi is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that deal

8. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution needs. You can ask us to delete it sooner — see the "Your Rights and Choices" section below.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (encryption, access controls, firewalls) to protect your information. No system is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
